Process
1. Insurance Verification
Once you contact us, we verify your insurance benefits to confirm ABA coverage, eligibility, and any applicable limitations. This includes reviewing deductibles, copays, and authorization requirements.
2. Clinical Assessment & Authorization
If coverage is confirmed, a comprehensive assessment is conducted by a BCBA. We then submit all required clinical documentation to your insurance provider to request authorization for services.
3. Ongoing Coordination
Throughout therapy, we handle renewals, progress reports, and communication with your insurance company to maintain continuity of care and avoid unnecessary interruptions.
